I downgraded gpsd to
$ apt-cache policy gpsd
gpsd:
Installed: 3.17-7
Candidate: 3.17-7
Version table:
*** 3.17-7 500
500 http://ports.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-ports eoan/universe arm64 Packages
100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
And this issue is still occurring.
I've added also latest dmesg.txt with this configuration.
