USB: Skip endpoints with 0 maxpacket length

The output of lsusb in comment #7 shows that an endpoint with address
0x82 shows up twice. First with 'wMaxPacketSize 0x0000 1x 0 bytes',
second 'wMaxPacketSize 0x13fc 3x 1020 bytes'.
Probably that endpoint is dropped when encountering wMaxPacketSize = 0
and no streaming interface is created.
