Public bug reported:
Whenever I restart hal, kde-guidance-powermanager will claim that all
batteries were removed. It will also keep showing the same CPU frequency
even though it clearly changes (due to different load situations etc).
I'd assume that kde-guidance-powermanager doesn't reestablish the
connection to hal correctly after it was reset during the restart of
hal.
