Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu MATE 20.04 LTS and login to the MATE session
2. Move mouse cursor above top MATE Panel 
3. Do a right mouse click
4. Select *Add to Panel*
5. Choose *Application Launcher*
6. Try to choose needed application

Expected results:
* user is able to select application from the *Add to Panel* list and then add 
its panel/icon to the MATE Panel

Actual results:
* user is unable to select application from the *Add to Panel* window as its 
contents are grayed out (or disabled) - see screenshot.
