Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: pidgin
When using an AIM screenname (I haven't tested my MSN account) and I am talking
to one person, the person's name doesn't change when they start typing, send a
message, etc. It works perfectly when I open a new tab to talk to a second
person, but I really depend on it when talking to only one person to measure
pauses for when I should send messages. The color change I'm referring to is
where the person's name turns green when they are typing, and red when they
have sent a message. Any development with this would be really helpful.
Using Ubuntu 7.10, official repositories.
