When gstreamer-properties is launched to set some Custom video Plugin,
Custom Pipeline setting is stored in GConf properly, but on another
launch, gstreamer-properties reset this option back to some other
Plugin, non-Custom one. This only happens if Custom Plugin was
previously selected...
