Public bug reported:

New Debian versions of libyaml-libyaml-perl and libyaml-perl are blocked
in -proposed because they cause regressions in the tests of reverse-
dependencies, indicating real incompatibilities.  These packages are
also currently blocked in Debian unstable for the same reason.

These packages are in main but Foundations does not have a driving
reason for fixing these so for the moment they are deprioritized.
