Hi, The same happens to me as well. Since I rarely boot to Windows, I only discovered it now. There does not seem to be any other visible difference between the working and non-working states, though. There are no (essential) differences between 'dmesg' or 'sudo fwts acpidump -' results. So, maybe Windows initialises some device in a weird way, and this is only reset after a power reset. I don't know how to debug this further.
