Public bug reported:

I began the process of setting up ubuntu (19.10) from my CD, when I
booted from it, the logo would display and then nothing would happen, I
left it for about 20 minutes and eventually it just froze, upon re
booting I got an error from grub saying that no partition was found,
eventually I had to make a windows 10 repair disk, access the command
prompt and delete it manually. Not sure how this happened as I didn't
even get to choosing a keyboard layout or the first stage of installing.
Not sure if it was something wrong on my end, although I didn't remove
the disk during instillation or if it has happened to other people.

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
