Public bug reported:

It's simple:

1. The little marker on the left side of the launcher icons is usually
full (white) when the Window of an active application is on the same
screen as the launcher and the marker is thin when the Window is on the
other screen. On my computer, it is the other way round.

2. The window minimize animation always zooms into the launcher on the
other screen, regardless on which screen the window actually is: it's
always the other.

At system settings display configuration, my 2 screens (laptop display
and external monitor) are identified properly and correctly, I can
switch them off and on and move their position, but the wrong launcher
behavior is always the same when both screens are on.
