I've found an issue here.
Is is related to qstardict package.
Qstardict when launched globally consume CTRL+T hotkeys even if such behavior 
is not enabled.
If you have "CTRL+T" text in pop-up window configuration dialog it will always 
consume it.

In Wayland qstardict is not able to work with selected text and hotkeys
that is why this issue appeared only with Xorg
