I've found an issue here. Is is related to qstardict package. Qstardict when launched globally consume CTRL+T hotkeys even if such behavior is not enabled. If you have "CTRL+T" text in pop-up window configuration dialog it will always consume it.
In Wayland qstardict is not able to work with selected text and hotkeys that is why this issue appeared only with Xorg -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1865443 Title: Kubuntu 20.04 global hotkey Ctrl+T does not work To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kubuntu-meta/+bug/1865443/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
