** Description changed: Good morning. There many months than I use suspend (settings -> energy -> When the - shutdown button...). + shutdown button...) on Ubuntu 18.04 or 19.10. But at each wake up from my computer, the USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports (only on the motherboard back panel) no work after (loose use of webcam, keyboard...). I think my motherboard is not at fault because I did not reproduce this bug on Windows 10.
