Problem Description :
Server : Cisco HX220C-M4S
Platform : Hyperflex
Host OS : VMware ESXi 6.0.0 build-5572656 U3
Guest VM OS : Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS
Hyperflex controller VM (Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS) reported below SCSI error
message frequently. Customer do this issue on multiple nodes. I did
open a VMware support ticket and they asked us to work with Guest OS
vendor.

We identified /dev/sda is a SD card which we used for ESX install and
Controller VM installation.
We don’t see any issue with the health of the SD from the Server HW
logs.
