Probably due to recent python changes in focal.

Seen amongst HexChat start-up messages:

AutoLoad failed for: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/hexchat/plugins/python3.so
 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/hexchat/plugins/python3.so: undefined symbol: 
PyExc_RuntimeError

Manually loading the plugin using the 'Plugins and Scripts' window also
fails but without any error message being displayed
