In my experience, if a drive has labeled partitions then the label name will be used instead of "disk". eg on my Ubuntu system I have:
/media/32MB CF /media/USB128MB /media/32MB USB /media/disk as those were the names I gave those flash memory devices under Windows (the last is an unlabeled 16MB SD card) . I suspect this would work for a partitioned drive as well. Run "vol_id /dev/sdx1" to see the label of drive x partition 1. -- Inconsistant Mount Points https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/83527 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
