pcs (0.10.4-2ubuntu1) focal; urgency=medium
* d/t/control: add allow-stderr restriction to testsuite-ruby. When executed
against ruby2.7 it reports some warnings to standard error output, but it
does not represent a regression (LP: #1865953).
