Public bug reported:
What I expected to happen:
"apt upgrade" and "apt install ubuntustudio-wallpapers" to succeed.
What happened instead:
Those apt commands fail with the following error:
dpkg: error processing archive
/var/cache/apt/archives/ubuntustudio-wallpapers-focal_0.68_all.deb (--unpack):
trying to overwrite
'/usr/share/gnome-background-properties/ubuntustudio-wallpapers.xml', which is
also in package ubuntustudio-wallpapers 0.68

Analysis:
Both ubuntustudio-wallpapers_0.68_all.deb and ubuntustudio-wallpapers-
focal_0.68_all.deb contain /usr/share/gnome-background-properties
/ubuntustudio-wallpapers.xml.
I can't remove ubuntustudio-wallpapers-focal without removing
ubuntustudio-wallpapers as the latter depends on the former. However,
installing just ubuntustudio-wallpapers works.
