I've no access to the proposal repo in my env but, I installed manually the package sudo dpkg -i /tmp/collectd_5.7.2-2ubuntu1.2_amd64.deb sudo dpkg -i /tmp/collectd-core_5.7.2-2ubuntu1.2_amd64.deb Which gave me back my disks graphs on grafana.
