Public bug reported:
When running the following:
$ dialog --infobox "Hello" 0 0
The resulting dialog does not render correctly - the outside borders
don't match with the text. This worked in Ubuntu 16.04.
Please note that this is tested inside Docker, but I believe it should
still work correctly.
