Please sync gpaste 3.36.0-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Drop mutter build-dep, unused at runtime.
* debian/patches/dont-use-mutter.patch: don't look for mutter .pc
file.
The Ubuntu delta is already in the Debian package.
Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
gpaste 3.36 is updated for gnome-shell 3.36.
