Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Ubuntu MATE 20.04 LTS
2. Select some icon on the desktop
3. Open some window of application
Expected result:
* desktop icon text has normal contrast with its highlight
Actual result:
* desktop icon text has low contrast with its highlight
Note: the screenshot is presented for default Ambiant-MATE theme. But
Radiant-MATE is also affected.
