Thank you for taking the time to report this. However, this is not a
bug.
The order of the "Audio Production" submenu is in an order prioritized
by workflow, featuring "Ubuntu Studio Controls" at the top first
intentionally, and not necessarily alphabetically. Below that is an
alphabetical list of audio production apps. Your "not sorted" is
therefore intentional. This therefore, from our perspective, is not a
bug.
