We're quite aware since we're the ones who released it :)
However 3.0.4 didn't feel like enough of an improvement at the time to
justify the amount of work needed to push it to updates. Especially not
when it's already readily available as a snap.
Instead our plan is to jump straight to 3.0.5 which comes with the final
dqlite implementation (3.0.4 was on an intermediate stage).
