Public bug reported:

$ sudo apt install ...

Selecting previously unselected package python-pysqlite2-dbgsym.

Unpacking python-pysqlite2-dbgsym (2.7.0-1) ...
dpkg: error processing archive
 trying to overwrite
'/usr/lib/debug/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/pysqlite2/', which is
also in package python-pysqlite2-dbg 2.7.0-1
Errors were encountered while processing:
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Originally, I had intended to only install -dbgsym and not -dbg,
but the -dbg package was suggested (not sure by which package?),
so tried to install both -- with the above results. Worked-around
the problem by a simple `sudo apt remove python-pysqlite2-dbgsym',
with allowed the installation to proceed and complete without any
obvious problems.
