Public bug reported: The 'git-remote-bzr' script is used to allow a local git to access remote bzr repository. This script is very useful to people who are familiar with git, but not familiar with bzr.
The script used to be provided by the 'git-remote-bzr' package: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/git-remote-bzr However, that package was dropped starting in Eoan, and so is not available in Eoan or Focal. Additionally, that version imports 'bzrlib' from bzr, but Ubuntu has transitioned from bzr to breezy. Since the breezy package includes its own 'git-remote-bzr' script, that script should be included in the python3-breezy package. ** Affects: breezy (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1869231 Title: python3-breezy does not include git-remote-bzr To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/breezy/+bug/1869231/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
