Public bug reported:
The shutdown, restart, and hibernate menu items under the "power button" drop
down in the top right-hand corner of the Gnome desktop do not work. I can use
these same options under the application menu. This issue has been a problem
since I upgraded from 18.04 to 19.10. I would like to be able to use these
menu items, as it is how I work on other systems and having to remember which
system I am on is not always simple.
