Similar to #30. Curiously, audio and mic worked for a few days when adding
options snd-hda-intel dmic_detect=0
then mic disappeared. Mic reappears but doesn't work after adding
options snd-hda-intel dmic_detect=0
options snd-hda-intel index=0 model=laptop-dmic
