No, it's not that Visual Alerts Feature. I tested out that flash
feature, and it looks nothing like the error I was encountering.

I also noticed a new thing. After I last messaged you, I put my laptop
into sleep mode. Now when I opened the computer, I find that I can't
reproduce the error. This is good, but I'm unable to figure out what is
going on. So, effectively, a "Workaround" is found...

I'll send you a video of the error taken from my phone camera soon, and
I will also send you a screen recording of when I reproduce the error
and also show you what happens when I use the visual alert feature (to
convince you that it is different).
