I'm on 19.10 with a L2TP IPsec connection over wifi
using packages: network-manager-l2tp network-manager-l2tp-gnome
I set both the wifi and VPN IPv4 settings to "addresses only"
When I configure the VPN DNS to the remote nameservers, queries go to
those nameservers and I can access VPN resources.
But when I ALSO add Cloudflare DNS to my wifi, and switch on VPN, only
the Cloudflare DNS is queried. Not event a fallback to the VPN DNS.
