Binary package hint: transcode
When I try to do dist-upgrade-ish type operations in Hardy, the
libglib1.2ldbl transition is forcing transcode to be removed:

10 upgraded, 1 newly installed, 7 to remove and 32 not upgraded.
Is this a simple case of transcode needing a rebuild for the new
libglib1.2ldbl?
