Binary package hint: zsh
steps to reproduce:
1: apt-get install <pkg> (lynx, for example)
2: try to complete on ly<TAB>
3: zsh won't complete on the newly installed package (like bash does)
Also, it will complete on newly removed packages
running feisty, e.g zsh 4.3.4
