On installing in applet in welcome through launching Budgie Applets in
Start Menu:

When an applet fails to install, I couldn't seem to figure out the
notification although I could've figured it out. No matter what I ran it
in debug mode to see there was no internet. I suggest a message saying
there is no internet connection so it cannot be installed.
