Public bug reported:
In linux mint 19.3 (upgraded from 18.3, based on ubuntu), when started
from command line, hardinfo gives the following error messages :
sh: 1: /lib/libc.so.6: not found
sh: 1: gnome-about: not found (This one is normal because I use cinnamon)
and then, in the Operating System tab, libc is stated as «unknown»
