The bug was present also in the previous kernel.
After resume from suspend, the touchpad scrolling (with two fingers) doesn't
work any more.
The workaround is to reload the driver:
modprobe -r psmouse
modprobe psmouse
After this step, the use of the touchpad comes back to normal.
