I am no longer able to reproduce this issue on Ubuntu Focal. Could you
please run `sudo apt update` and check if the issue persists? `kodi-api-
pvr` seems to be a virtual package, and if you take a look at `apt show
kodi`, it lists Provides: (..), kodi-api-pvr (= 5.10.3),... Might be
that the kodi packages have been updated or were a bit out of sync
earlier.
