Public bug reported:
gmidimonitor was lost due to bitrot/python2 removal. We need similar
functionality in Ubuntu Studio and found midisnoop provides that
functionality.
This FFe is simply to explain that change.
There is no regression potential here as it is simply a change in the
metapackage.
