Public bug reported:
Followed guide to install Ubuntu 19.10 on existing partitions, created
ext4 / partition, ext4 /home partition, swap space that is 2x my ram
amount, and an EFI partition as the installer told me to do so.
Expected it to install without errors, but Grub fails to install and
throws up a "Critical Error."
