Public bug reported:
After upgrading to Focal, I'm (mostly) unable to start screen sharing
from the Sharing window in Settings.
Unfortunately it's "mostly", as I managed to do it a couple of times,
unfortunately usually it's not possible.
The toggle in the title bar of the window is inactive and doesn't flip.
I can start all the other shares no problem (files, multimedia, ssh).
Manually starting /usr/lib/vino/vino-server works fine.
