Currently we use backport-iwlwifi-dkms=7906-0ubuntu4~18.04.1 for < 5.0 kernels on Bionic and Eoan, and it has integrated this fix as commit 34a95a432[1]. And since this has been included in v5.2.11 or newer, it follows the only affected and yet non-EOLed kernel is linux-oem-osp1.
