Public bug reported:
NGINX just released NGINX 1.17.10 and contains a new feature from
upstream.
With the intention of getting as close to nginx stable 1.18.x when it is
finally cut this month or so from NGINX Mainline (1.17.x) we would like
to get this included.
This is the upstream changelog:
