# To be clear with "starts rebooting" do you mean the host or the guest
that reboots?

The gust reboot, and I can see in the journal log of the host machine
that error line -> kvm [62484]: vcpu0, guest rIP

# Did you also see the same issue without OVMF/TPM enabled in the
cmdline or is that a hard dependency to trigger the bug?

TPM is independent, I tested with and without tpm and the reboots
happen. If I run without ovmf I can't reproduce the issue, the reboots
don't happen.

# In a similar fashion to help reproducing for others, doe this also
happen to your setup outside of GCE or is it only happening there?

I also tested in DigitalOcean and I see the reboots like in gce.

# Please feel free to add anything else that comes to your mind that
could help recreating the issue.

I use this script to reproduce the issue:
https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/DnVM4fCvnB/

# In general I think eventually you might add as much extra information
to this bug and then open it up to qemu-upstream (add a Qemu task to the
bug here will mirror it to the mailing list). That increases the chance
of others that are running on GCE to see this and chime in if it is any
sort of known issue.

Some important info I remember is that it can be reproduce in ubuntu
focal and seems to be happening when we try to virtualize over a VM like
either in GCE or DigitalOcean

I'll review my logs to see which extra information I could add.

Thanks
