That matches the restart of the service:

But well, we knew it will be regenerated on restart - so this isn't entirely 
new.
The question is if it is out of sync when the issue occurs.

I'll run with SNAPD_DEBUG=1 once it happens again.
Anything else for the system-key to check at that time?
