To avoid having 69 held packages I accepted the upgrade and allowed
kdepim-addons to be removed. I enabled -proposed with the aim of re-
installing kdepim-addons and restore missing functionality. It seems
that the package is not even there:

paul@C50B:/etc/apt$ apt policy kdepim-addons
kdepim-addons:
  Installed: (none)
  Candidate: 19.04.3-0ubuntu2
  Version table:
     19.04.3-0ubuntu2 500
        500 http://gb.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu focal/universe amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

even though https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdepim-addons/ suggests
that it is.
