Was installing Ubuntu_18.04.4 using Oracle VM VirtualBox onto my Windows
10 Laptop. Whilst files were being installed. A box popped up with a
heading "Installation Failed" and a message "The installer encountered
an error copying files to the hard disk : [Errno5] Input/output error
