Public bug reported:
This is an Ubuntu-only package that hasn't been touched in 7 years and
FTBFS on rebuild. No rdeps. Appears to be no longer relevant to how
Canonical Landscape works; I can't find any recent references to
anything called UCCS. The domain from the README
(uccs.landscape.canonical.com) does not resolve.
