# Dropped packets
Most probably related to the issue, ifconfig reports many Rx dropped packets:
RX packets 43069 bytes 5876166 (5.8 MB)
RX errors 0 dropped 23762 overruns 0 frame 0
TX packets 5083 bytes 674212 (674.2 KB)
TX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 carrier 0 collisions 0
# Disabling 11n
I did try disabling 11n (`echo "options iwlwifi 11n_disable=1" | sudo tee
/etc/modprobe.d/iwlwifi.conf`). This did not improve the WiFi speed
