Update: I find out that in PulseAudio Panel the settings of input device should be choose as 'Internal Microphone' rather than 'Headset Microphone' or 'Microphone', and the speakers of my headset can work properly.
My laptop's 1 jack hole connection and headset can work properly on Windows, both headset speaker and mic can work.
