Public bug reported:
When I ran "apport-collect 1875403", the problem information collection began.
However, it never finished, and in the terminal, the following appeared as
output, though with Apport still running:

This happens when:
1. Set default browser to Chrome
2. Run ubuntu-bug so that the bug report webpage opens in chrome
3. Run apport-collect on the created bug report
Expected Results:
Apport collects the information and asks to upload it without issue.
Actual Results:
Apport is stuck in an infinite loop, collecting problem information.
