Public bug reported:

A few seconds after a VM has been started, it becomes impossible to
resize or to move its window with the mouse and the menu icon at the top
left corner of the window title bar doesn't work, i.e. it doesn't
display the drop down menu. The Alt-F7 and Alt-F8 keyboard shortcuts do
not work either.

This doesn't depend on the Virtual Machine, all of them (one running
FreeDOS, another FreeBSD and yet another SparkyLinux) behave the way
described above. The Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager window continues to
behave normally, but the machine windows it spawns have this problem.
