Public bug reported:

The ubuntu release upgrade to 20.04 breaks stream capacity of Mixxx to Icecast
due to a bug in
libshout-1:2.4.2-1.
There is a fix available (https://bugs.launchpad.net/mixxx/+bug/1833225) but it
seems not to be included in this build.

I am running:
Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
Release: 20.04
Codename: focal

and mixxx:
mixxx:
  Installed: 2.2.3~dfsg-1
  Candidate: 2.2.3~dfsg-1
  Version table:
 *** 2.2.3~dfsg-1 500
        500 http://de.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu focal/universe amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

Output of mixxx.log:
Warning [ShoutOutput 'Giss']: ShoutConnection - 1 / 3 Streaming server failed
connect. Failures: "Please retry current operation."

** Affects: mixxx (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
